2. About Floq

Floq is a concept product being developed by Marcai Collective LLC. The product described on this site is not yet available. Everything shown — copy, visuals, roadmap — is illustrative and may change.

3. Waitlist

The waitlist is a way to be notified when Floq becomes available. Joining the waitlist:

Does not guarantee access to any future product.
Does not create any contractual or commercial obligation.
Can be revoked at any time — by us, or by you (just email us and we'll remove you).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Submit other people's email addresses without their permission.
Use automated tools to submit the form repeatedly or to scrape the site.
Attempt to access restricted parts of the site, interfere with its operation, or probe it for vulnerabilities.
Use any content from this site (copy, mascot artwork, visuals) for commercial purposes without written permission.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Floq name, the Floqi mascot character, visual design, and copy — is © 2026 Marcai Collective LLC, all rights reserved, unless otherwise noted. Third-party fonts and libraries are used under their respective licenses.

6. No warranty

This site is provided "as is." We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the site or any product descriptions. The Floq product, if and when released, will be governed by its own terms of service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marcai Collective LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the waitlist. This is a pre-launch informational site; there is no paid relationship.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing law
