Plain-English summary: Floq is currently a waitlist for an unreleased product. When you give us your email, we store it so we can tell you when Floq is ready. That's it. We don't sell it, we don't share it with advertisers, and you can be removed any time by emailing us.

1. Who we are

Floq is a concept product operated by Marcai Collective LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This website and any associated waitlist are projects of Marcai Collective LLC. For questions about your data, contact us at [email protected].

2. What we collect

At this stage, the only personal information we collect is:

Email address — submitted voluntarily via the waitlist form.
Basic technical logs — IP address, browser user agent, and timestamps, captured by our hosting provider and email-marketing tool (Brevo). These are retained for security and fraud-prevention purposes.

We do not currently use behavioral tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics that build user profiles.

3. How we use your email

To notify you when Floq is available for early access.
To send occasional product updates related to the waitlist.
To respond to you if you reply or reach out directly.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address to third parties.

4. Who processes your data

We use Brevo (sendinblue.com) as our email marketing and waitlist management provider. When you submit the form, your email is transmitted to and stored by Brevo on our behalf. Brevo's own privacy practices are available at brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.

We may host this site on standard web-hosting providers (e.g. Netlify, Vercel, Cloudflare). These providers may log IP addresses for security and abuse prevention.

5. Your rights

You can request at any time that we:

Remove your email from the waitlist.
Tell you what personal data we hold about you.
Correct or update your information.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] from the address in question. We aim to respond within 14 days.

If you're a resident of the EEA, UK, or California, you may have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA. Those rights apply; contact us and we'll honor them.

6. Children

Floq is not intended for anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted their email, contact us and we'll remove it.

7. Future changes

When Floq becomes a live product, this policy will expand to cover additional data categories (profile information, workplace data, messaging, etc.). We will update this page and notify waitlist members before any material change takes effect.
